To ensure your DTF transfers are prepped perfectly, I’ll need a few key details:

• Quantity of transfers needed

• Shirt sizes they’ll be applied to (this helps with scaling and placement)

• Preferred placement (e.g., full front, left chest, sleeve, etc.)

If you’d like any changes made to the image such as resizing, color edits, or layout adjustments just let me know. A $5.00 image re-creation fee will apply for any design modifications.

Please upload your file as a PNG if possible.   If the file isn’t already a PNG such as a photo of a shirt or a non-graphic format and I need to convert it into a usable graphic for DTF printing, a $5.00 re-creation fee will apply. This covers the time it takes to redraw, clean up, or format the image properly for transfer.

Payment & Reprint Policy

• Payment is due at the time of service. Once I receive your order details, I’ll send you a cost breakdown via text.

• Printing will not begin until payment is received in full.

• All sales are final. I do not offer refunds, but I’m happy to reprint your item if there’s an issue with the transfer or design.

• Please note: I’m still growing in this craft, so I kindly ask for your patience and grace as I continue to learn and improve.
